The National Bank of Oman, Bank Muscat and WJ Towell Property & Construction have teamed up to form a new estate agent, Oman Urban Development (OUDC).
The any will offer a range of of bespoke designs to cater for all budgets in the residential, industrial, warehouse, and mixed-use sectors.
OUDC will be managed by Towell Piramal Sunteck, a joint venture between W.J.Towell and Piramal Sunteck, an Indian property company.
