Chesterton open office in Gibraltar

Chesterton estate agency has opened its second overseas office, in Gibraltar. The offshore destination, which is situated within the EU, is renowned for offering tax advantages to high net worth individuals, as well as certain companies.

Together with the sales and letting of property in Gibraltar, the company will also offer properties in Spain , France, Switzerland, Portugal, Italy, Portugal, Canada, and the Caribbean.
 
Robert Bartlett, CEO of Chesterton Global, reports: “We identified Gibraltar as the perfect place to open a new office, due to its history with Britons and the fact that it is less than two and a half hours flying time away and its location. It is also situated at the entrance to the Mediterranean and adjoining the Costa del Sol with easy access to the increasingly popular Costa de la Luz and Portuguese Algarve.”
