Cluttons open new office in Greece

Estate agency Cluttons has expanded its presence in the Mediterranean by opening a new sales office in Athens, Greece, which will also oversee the property market in Cyprus.
The company says that it is responding to increased demand for properties in Greece and Cyprus, particularly at the end of the market, “particularly from our Russian and Middle Eastern clients,” says Richard Cotton, Senior Partner of Cluttons LLP.
Cotton adds: “The Cluttons brand is synonymous with quality and integrity and we have unrivalled experience in the luxury homes market which we hope to bring to Greece. Through our Athens office and our international network we look forward to showcasing the best property that Greece has to offer.”
