Developer to renovate 2,000 Czech properties

26 June 2009 RPG Byty, a subsidiary of local estate agent group RPG Real Estate, has announced that it tends to renovate around 2,000 properties in Czech Republic currently held in its portfolio, at a cost of around £12m. The works are scheduled to be carried out between 2010 and 2012, reports cbw.cz The company has already invested close to £100m in similar restorations over the past five years. The vast majority of the properties owned by RPG Byty are located in northern Moravia.
