Dubai property news: Dubai Properties to showcase homes at Cityscape

15 September 2009 Dubai Properties Group, a member of Dubai Holding, has announced that it will be showcasing five landmark Dubai property developements, scheduled for handover later this year, at Cityscape Dubai 2009. Cityscape is one of the largest business-to-business property investment and development events in the world. The event that will be held from 5-8 October at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Dubai Properties will present projects set for handover in 2009 including The Executive Towers and Vision Towers at Business Bay, Shorooq at Mirdiff, Al Waha, and The Villa at Dubailand. Each offers community living with a variety of leasing and ownership options. The Group’s CEO, Khalid Al Malik, said: “Our participation at Cityscape Dubai 2009 not only allows us to showcase the diversity of our projects, but to demonstrate the tremendous progress we have achieved in delivering a remarkable number of unique communities in 2009, all contributing to the growth of Dubai. “DPG looks forward the participating in this year's event as we have some exciting news to share during the press conference on the second day of Cityscape 2009. We are confident our exhibit will be well attended by our stakeholders and industry peers.” In its eighth edition, Cityscape Dubai will bring together industry professionals including property developers, investors, government and property development authorities, architects, designers and consultants from over 130 countries.
