Florida named top spot

11 August 2009 Forbes Traveler magazine has named Orlando Florida as North America’s top vacation spot in its newest ranking of destinations in the US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Florida’s real estate market, which has endured a three-year barren spell, was recently named in the top five most undervalued USA property markets by an independent national poll conducted by IHS Global Insight’s Regional Estate Service. The average price of a property in USA has fallen by around 32% since the peak of the US housing market in 2006 – creating some potential bargain opportunities for anyone currently looking to buy a home in USA.
