Forbes Traveler magazine has named Orlando Florida as North America’s top vacation spot in its newest ranking of destinations in the US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
USA’s most popular holiday destination is also seeing increased demand from foreign property buyers as Florida property prices also happen to be at rock bottom right now, according to the British Homes Group, a company that sells property in Florida.
British Homes Group firmly believe that a recovery is at last in sight for Florida’s housing market, which will please homeowners in America’s Sunshine State.
Florida’s real estate market, which has endured a three-year barren spell, was recently named in the top five most undervalued USA property markets by an independent national poll conducted by IHS Global Insight’s Regional Estate Service.
The average price of a property in USA has fallen by around 32% since the peak of the US housing market in 2006 – creating some potential bargain opportunities for anyone currently looking to buy a home in USA.
