French Buy Back Guarantee

24 March 2009 People thinking of buying a property in France but concerned about the current economic uncertainty and potential for property price falls will be reassured that two new developments in the popular Cote d’Azur region are offering two-year Buy Back Guarantees. Property agency, A Place In France, recently launched the details of the two new developments at Cavalaire-sur Mer and La Croix Valmer, both in prime locations in the Gulf of St Tropez. Prices of the up to 3-bedroomed apartments start at €225,500 (£207,000) and the Buy Back Guarantee is valid from the date of delivery for the price at which the property was purchased and includes the cost of all French legal fees. Both Cavaliare-sur Mer and La Croix Valmer are gated developments within sophisticated residential settings. The new apartments are sold with air conditioning, fully equipped and fitted kitchen, underground parking space and stringent quality in the finishing touches. Both offer residents’ swimming pools. Both are within walking distance of all amenities with apartments at Cavaliare-sur-Mer a short walk away from a superb beach. The pretty beach of Gigaro is minutes away by car from the La Croix Valmer development. Access from the UK is easy with Nice airport, about one and a half hours away, used by BA, flybe, bmibaby, easyjet, Aer Lingus and others. BA Aer Lingus BMI and easy jet fly to Marseille, which is 1.45 hours away, while Ryanair services Marseilles as well as Toulon-Hyeres, 50 minutes away. The TGV stops at Toulon and St Raphael.
