Luxury development launched in Algarve

Vale do Lobo has announced the launch of an exclusive new private gated property community integrated within the main resort.
This latest development, named Vale de Santo Antonio, is set in a secluded location close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and covers an area of 21 acres. It is the first gated project of its kind within the main Vale do Lobo Resort
A total of 119 top quality residences are available including two-bedroom apartments, two and three-bedroom townhouses, semi-detached and detached villas. Interiors feature fresh colours and contemporary decor, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and signature design pieces.
Prices start from €854,000 (£724,000) for a two-bedroom apartment and just over €1m (£850,000) for a two-bedroom townhouse. Construction will continue through 2009 with expected opening of Vale de Santo Antonio in Q2 2010.
The development is located along the Mediterranean coast and features spectacular landscaped gardens with lakes and water features.
At the heart of the community is Vale de Santo Antonio’s clubhouse for sole use of residents offering resort reception, bar and snack bar, library, lounge, business centre, gymnasium, and access to a range of leisure facilities. The development also features two swimming pools, children’s playground and running/cycle track, and is just five minutes walk from the beautiful Garrao beach.
