New apartments launched in Ibiza Town

Chesterton International has launched a new selection of apartments to be constructed in Ibiza Town, Spain, by developer Taylor Woodrow de España.
Located just over a mile from the heart of Ibiza Old Town, the Spain property development will feature 23 three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.
The apartments will be built in a pair of three-storied blocks with a central pool area. All properties will have a terrace and come with one underground parking space. Further parking is available. Prices start from £321,00 and range to £374,000.
Financing is available with Spanish-based La Caixa bank, with mortgages of up to 70% LTV available.
Andrew Hawkins of Chesterton International, comments: “Ibiza has long been a popular spot for holidaymakers, especially in peak season, but there is a limited supply of good quality apartments in Ibiza Town.
“Rental property in the centre of the city is very sought after, especially in July and August when the island buzzes with visitors.
“For the rest of the year, Ibiza is a great base of those looking to escape the cold elsewhere and enjoy as the average daily temperature from November to April rarely drops below 15 degrees Celsius.”
