Olive Gardens releases final phase

6 March 2009 Olive Gardens in Akbuk, Turkey, has announced that it is now releasing phase three to the market for the start of the summer season 2009.
Located in this picturesque coastal holiday town on the Aegean coast, Olive Gardens consists of a total of 120 2- and 3-bed apartments and duplexes spread over three separate phases. Phase one - around 90% sold - was completed around two years ago, while phase two – 50% sold - was completed in the summer of 2008. The final phase, consisting of just 28 separate units, is earmarked for completion by August 2009.
The Turkey property development consists of 2-bed raised ground floor apartments and 3-bed duplex apartments with roof terraces and sea views. Building regulations for the area allow for just 20% of the land to be developed, so the site itself is spacious and open, with plenty of green space and landscaping. The 2-bedroom apartments start from £49,000, and the 3-bedroom duplexes are priced from £69,000. Olive Gardens also have four 3-bedroomed detached villas set back on the Olive Gardens site. These are priced from £116,000.
