Pre-sale of Sunray Village launched

1 April 2008 The pre-sales phase of Sunray Village, a Portugal property development in the Algarve, southern Portugal, has been opened by Atlantic Estates. The estate agent is selling a selection of 52 modern units, including a choice of luxury three bedroom townhouses, two bedroom duplex and three bedroom triplex apartments, with areas between 210 and 399sqm. Each property includes a private garden, multi-use room, garage, and either a private pool or Jacuzzi. Property prices currently start from €424,000 (approx £335,000). The village, which is located just ten minutes from Faro airport, also has a commercial area with restaurant, bar and sports facilities, including putting and chipping greens, a fitness circuit and children’s playground. There is also a wide choice of cultural, leisure and sporting activities at its doorstep. There are no fewer than ten golf courses, sandy beaches, water sports, horseback riding, sailing, fishing, shopping, casino gambling and fine dining, all situated nearby. The development is due for completion during the tail end of next year.
