Sothebys Realty expands in Mallorca

Sothebys International Realty has announced that it will be opening its latest estate agency on the island of Menorca in April.
The office, which will be based in the capital of Mahon, will specialise in selling luxury property in Mallorca, including villas, farmhouses and apartments, with an emphasis on properties worth over €1,000,000 (£886,000).
Veronica Moreno Fernández, office manager for Sothebys International Realty in Menorca, said: “Property valuations remain stable and demand very consistent on the island, which is why now is the perfect time to open the office.
“For years we have represented many of the world’s most beautiful houses and estates, and Menorca can boast a huge selection of such properties which is why a local presence is vital.
“That said, distinctive homes can attract interest from far beyond the local market, and thanks to our reputation and enviable network of contacts both in Spain and worldwide, we are in the best possible position to assist both sellers and buyers.”
