Trump Panamanian project on schedule

Construction work on the Trump Ocean Club, one of the bellwether residential towers in Panama City, is progressing at a rapid rate.
Most of the parking garage has reportedly been completed and building work on the hotel, casino and apartments will soon get underway.
With mounting concerns that there will soon be an oversupply of tower blocks in Panama City, with over 300 residential towers at the planning stage, the industry is closely following the development of Trump Ocean Club, which is one of the most expensive projects in the city. Scheduled for completion next year, the tower includes over 600 luxury condos priced from £300,00 to £7.3m.
Last year, several high profile projects were downsized or canceled. More recently, the local press is reporting that that developers are converting some towers planned as residential into office or hotel developments.
