The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has awarded planning permission for Tamouth Investment to construct a £400m housing project in Vietnam.
The Thu Thiem Phu My residential scheme will comprise 15-floor and 30-floor residential towers on an area of 38 hectares. The development will be built in three phases and will help ease the shortage of residential properties in Vietnam’s largest city.
