The lodge consists of 2 floors (ground floor and 2nd floor) connected by an internal lift which is shared with 2 other apartments on the 1st floor. The lodge can host up to 10 guests.
The first floor has a 40 m2 garage capable of storing 2 large SUV’s, sauna (6 people) , fitness area (including shower and toilet) with TV and separate ski storage with shoe heater and plenty of storage room for up to 14 pairs of skis. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer. The total floor space of the ground floor is ca 80m2 (net m2 -inside room ex walls- gross ca 105 m2). A separate external car parking space is available next door. The lodge can be entered thru a common entrance with video opening, via de garage or a separate side entrance.

The 2nd floor (all with high ceilings up to 4.5 m) has 4 terraces with in total 67 m2 of space and overlooks the Florysee and a forest and allows for views almost everywhere. The total area of ca 166 m2 (ca 220 m2 gross, including walls) consists of a living area with a 4.5 meter high chimney, dining area and open kitchen with a bar (ca 70 m2). Of the 4 bedrooms of each ca 12-16 m2 the master bedroom has a walk in dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The large guestroom has an en-suite bathroom, whereas the 2 other bedrooms share a large bathroom All bathrooms have towel heaters. One bedroom has 2 bunk-beds. The hallway has a separate toilet.

The lodge has floor heating, double glazing and a wi-fi system. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standards. All flooring is oak or natural stone. Every element of the lodge was carefully designed with for example bathroom accessories alike Philip Stark toilets and Axor taps. The living area has 2 separate Bose surround systems.
The lodge comes, if so desired fully furnished, including living area seating, curtains, beds, ample storage space, a design dining table for 10 people, bar stools, 3 flat screen TV’s and Bose music system, and fitness equipment. The lodge has a separate satellite disk for Sky TV. All TV’s have individual Canal digital decoders.





The project
Clubhotel Hinterthal offers a selection of fine homes, ranging from one to three bedroom apartments to three storey lakeside lodge homes. Skiers will be able to ski in and ski out from the ski lift that runs right into the project, connecting to the famous Hochkönig Winterreich, part of one of the countries largest interconnected ski networks (Ski Amade). At the bottom of the lift is the Almbar, an intimate wooden chalet which serves as an après-ski bar and restaurant popular with locals and visitors alike.

A centuries-old farmhouse, built in traditional style, which once served as Hotel Hinterthal, has been retained and renovated into twelve spacious apartments and an underground car park. Nearby, a chalet-style building christened ‘Amelia’s Corner’ has been created with two more apartments, the La Perla Club service desk, a gourmet restaurant and an attractive bar and well-stocked wine cellar.
