  Quinta del Sol Quinta del Sol was designed by Patrick Rey, from France and built in 2007.
A designer who lives and works in the Tamarindo area and is very well known with the many projects they are involved with in the area.
Patricks spirit of my home was to blend in some old world charm with some contemporary flair.
It has an wonderful outside living space under the Rancho, made of teak poles from the land it was on and thatch from Nicuragura, where we spend a great deal of time.
The main house is 2 bed 2 bath with 1bedroom 1 bath in the Cabina (guest suite) which is next to the house 25' .Total 3 bed 3 bath.
Tamarindo is 9 min away and 15 min to Playa Avanella one of the nicest beaches in Costa Rica in my humble opinion.
You have a new American style grocery store just built, fine dining, and just about everything you would need or want you can find in town.
Tamarindo and the area is full of fun and exciting things to do, or you can do absolutely nothing, if that is why you came.Costa Rica 'rich coast' in Spanish.
It has an International reputation for eco toursim oasis, adventure- seeker's heaven and spiritual rejuvenatory.
The gold Coast where the emerald sea is embroidered by an endless span of beaches.
Where world class waves attract world class surfers and beginners as well, It is a wonderful spot where people from all over the world come to learn how to surf , Sport Fishing is another world class venue.
Wake up to the howler monkeys in your back yard and sip your favorite beverage at one of many spots for the unforgettable sunsets you will find along the beaches of Guancaste and Tamarindo.Luxury Villa 9 min to BeachThis villa was built in 2007 , it is a wonderful private home that is fenced and gated, it has most all amenities that one would need, except internet which is 9 min away in Tamarindo where everything you need is, internet cafe, Large new American style supermarket, surf shops, tours, restaurants, bars, nightlife.Hear & see the Monkeys from your back yard The house is 5 min from Hacienda Pinilla Golf club, 15 min to Playa Avanella where you might just meet Lola the 500 lb local pig who likes to splash around the beach and mooch beers off the customers at the little bar and great restaurant that is there, it is one of the nicest beaches in Costa Rica in my humble opinion.
The house is in a great spot where you are close to everything , but once inside you feel like you are away from it all.
