Also on this floor is the double garage which has been converted into a secondary living area – games / TV room which is great for either teenagers or as a playroom for younger children, cinema room or even home gym – an extremely flexible space! Upstairs there are three large bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are situated on one side of the house and the master bedroom on the other side, with the galleried landing connecting the “two wings”, this gives privacy and seclusion to the master. Two double bedrooms share a bathroom which has a spot-lit marble vanity unit. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a double sink marble vanity unit and a large walk-in shower and separate bath. There is also a walk in closet which provides fantastic storage space. The views from the large modern bay window down the valley to the sea are stunning. There is also a large office (bedroom 5) located on this floor with external access. The external space is well-designed to provide privacy. There are two large grassed areas, synthetic turf has been used in these areas to provide a low-maintenance, greener alternative to grass and aesthetically looks fantastic. There is an irrigated planting area which features a vast array of Mediterranean plants and grasses.
