Accessibility Not suitable for people with mobility problems because the apartment is first floor with approx 10 steps leading up to it, although not very steep. The local bus stops outside the apartment taking you all around el gouna. There are some nice beach bars on the beach(10 min walk) that leads from the Marina around this stunning Red Sea Riviera. El Gouna is 22 kms North of Hurghada and is second to none for clear waters, diving, snorkelling and relaxing. Boat trips depart daily. Golf 5 min drive from 18 hole USPGA golf course.There are good golf courses in El Gouna particularly at the Steingenberger hotel.An excellent golf club. Travel Hurghada airport is the nearest to El Gouna and is approx 30 mins drive. A taxi will cost 20 euros.Car hire is not essential for your stay in El Gouna as taxis and tok toks are very cheap. There is a daily boat service around the lagoon and also a boat shuttle service from downtown to various hotels.
