The resort of Brides-les-Bains is unique in France where there really is something for everybody whatever their tastes, be they of a sporting nature or more relaxed mood. This place is also known as the ‘Slimming Village', the leading resort for getting leaner. In addition, it is also the gateway to Les 3 Vallées, the world's largest ski area.

The Tarentaise region is surrounded by a lot of attractions and activities for everyone:

• The Brides-les-Bains Casino offers prestigious table games as well as a wide choice of slot-machines, and also has a bar and night restaurant.
• The Allociné cinema, shows movies all year round. Two films (for each session) in French or in their original language, daily 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
• From the months of March - October, the French Bridge Federation hosts bridge tournaments every day, at the Grand Hotel des Thermes.
• Also open from December 20th to late October, a creative arts workshop takes place where you can create collages, postcards, decorations, embroidery, etc, at the Shop Le Colombier.
