  Background
The Pines is a tourist village according to French Tradition. Beginning in 1980, 25 two bedroom vacation homes were built. Since 2004, each has been sold to an individual owner and many have now been renovated to provide up to date interiors for holiday visitors.

Construction began in 2005 to extend the park by adding an additional 50 villas. When the park is finished there will be a total of 85 villas in the holiday park. The large enclosed, shared pool with surrounding gardens and 2 children's play areas are a focal point withing the park.

The park
Etang Vallier is a low density park. The village is on a large natural domaine of over 40 hectares. There are woods, clearings and gentle slopes all of which ensure a natural sense of space and privacy. Visitors in the park are amazed at the calm and quiet, even during high season. The play areas are centrally located and there is plenty of space for bicycle riding and exploring.

Style and comfort
The Verne offers additional comfort and an easy floorplan of 85 m² interior floorspace. Expect comfort and privacy: The kitchen is well-equipped with modern convenience and friendly touches. Plenty of counter space and storage, and a large table.

Villa layout
The open living and dining area connects to a kitchen nook giving a comfortable separation between spaces for greater privacy and comfort. The children can watch their dvds while the parents peacefully "font la grasse matinée" (sleep in!). The living room is furnished with a comfortable convertible double sofa.

The 3 bedrooms are efficiently arranged to allow families space and convenience. Each bedroom gives plenty of space to furnish in the manner desired. Each house is delivered with: Bedroom one- 2 bunk beds, Bedroom two- twin beds and Bedroom 3-double bed with ensuite full showerroom. Each room has either a cupboard or dresser, and a bedside table and a lamp.
