  This small exclusive development of only four luxury detached villas, is set in one of the most beautiful areas of Greece. Pelion  is a wooded, mountainous area on a peninsular lying to the north of  Athens, which enjoys both sea and mountains and is completely unspoilt.  Pelion provides an idyllic location for those who appreciate the advantages of an area of outstanding natural beauty, an area where at certain times of the year it is possible to ski on the mountain slopes and then drop down to the coast for a swim and to top up ones tan. Vizitsa is a traditional mountain village, some 29 kms from Volos and at an altitude of 320m.  Vizitsa has a large paved square, where the tavernas and kafeneions are shaded by centuries old plane trees. It is a village of cobbled pathways and streets.  Because of the uniqueness of the architecture of its mansions and tower houses, Vizitsa has been declared a protected area, where any new development is strictly controlled.

Pelion has many paths and trails, suitable for walking, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. Many of them have been maintained by the efforts of the local communities. Most of them do not require any specialized experience as for centuries they were the only means of access into what was then regarded as a remote and difficult area.

 Two of the villas have already been sold.  The two remaining ones are on plots of 220 and 230 sq.m. respectively and provide 165  sq.m. of accommodation as follows;
