The Ponta do Pargo Hotel in Madeira will occupy a privileged position at the top of panoramic cliffs overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and the soon to be built Sir Nick Faldo designed golf course as well as the clubhouse. Designed to take maximum advantage of the exceptional location and to offer the ultimate holiday retreat, the spacious 5-star hotel will consist of 68 rooms (61 Master Suites - all boasting a very generous average of 42m2 - and 7 Presidential Suites of an average of 81m2) with luxury facilities including a spa, gynasium, treatment rooms, ocean-facing infinity pool, Madeiran-hallmark tropical gardens, and restaurants and bars.

Each of the 68 hotel rooms is divided into 13 units with a total of 28 nights' room rental income allocated to each unit. The 28 nights are divided in to 7 nights per quarter. The 28 nights are rotated in each quarter every year to ensure rental income is recieved at different times in each quarter. You have the option to stay in the room for 7 of the allocated nights a year for just the price of a small administration fee.
