  Bektas Villas is situated in the small village area of Bektas just north of the resort of Alanya. Alanya is a large resort with many facilities that is visited every year by holidaymakers from the UK as well as Ireland, and some of the Scandinavian countries. The area is experiencing a property boom, with price rises predicted in double figures for the next few years. With the proximity of the mountains and the number of visitors it is easy to see why the lack of building land is driving up prices in Alanya and the surrounding villages.

Bektas Villas is set on a hillside overlooking the rock on which Alanya is built. The development consists of large 3 bedroom apartments and some 5-bedroom villas. Most of the villa designs have a basement area which could be used as a self contained annex for visitors or a rental opportunity. Bektas Villas is a small development with just 25 units.
